Public Hearing - 2026 OATT

Grant PUD proposed adoption of an Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) and related revisions to Wholesale Point-to-Point Transmission Service Rate Schedule 32 and Ancillary Services Rate Schedule 33.

The purpose of this public hearing is to receive comments regarding Grant PUD’s proposed adoption of an Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) and related revisions to Wholesale Point-to-Point Transmission Service Rate Schedule 32 and Ancillary Services Rate Schedule 33.

These proposed actions may affect current and future wholesale transmission service arrangements. The hearing will provide an opportunity for interested parties to review the proposed tariff and rate modifications and offer feedback before they are considered and potentially adopted by the Board of Commissioners.

PUBLIC COMMENT UPDATE: Grant PUD has extended the deadline for written public comments to the close of business on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. The public hearing will still be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and in‑person and virtual comments will be accepted during the comment period beginning at 1pm PST.
